Refund policy
All Titan Edge products are made to order and hand-forged individually. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Please note that natural variations in anodized colors, heat patterns, and Damascus/Mokuti patterns are not defects — they are what make your piece one of a kind.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Exemptions — Custom & Made-to-Order Items The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications. The following product categories at Taitan Edge are made-to-order and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Custom Timascus, Mokuti, and Damascus pieces
- Made-to-order knives, pens, buckles, pendants, and jewelry
- Any item listed as "Made to Order" on the product page
By placing an order for a custom item, you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Standard / Ready-to-Ship Items For non-custom, in-stock items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
